Grip and speed
The wave-shaped grip pattern is made up of a series of cascading studs. It engages a larger surface area of the Air Zoom unit and ensures the necessary grip. The largest stud is the same height as our traditional intermediate studs, so grip is not compromised. The wave-like grip has been combined with advanced chevrons and blade-like studs to help you stop when you change direction quickly.
Designed for speed
We've incorporated a 100% Flyknit upper for the first time on Mercurial. Calibrated for the terrain and put through the Mercurial filter, it's designed for speed. The Flyknit is ultra-lightweight, yet durable at the sides, providing good support for the foot and improving the feel.
