If you are not completely satisfied at the reception of your parcel, all you have to do is resend the item(s) that do not correspond to your expectations and we will either exchange the product or refund you the amount.
Yo simply send back the item(s) in question within 15 days of its reception attached with the corresponding completed coupon (see below) which can be found on the back of the invoice (noting that the courier costs will be at your cost, unless there is a product fault or an error on our behalf).
The item to be exchanged or refunded must be sent back in its original packaging, by registered mail.
