Find out right now how to complete a Rugby sHop purchase in 4 easy steps !
First of all, if you were a registered customer on our old website, and haven't done so yet, why not reactivate your password ?

1/ Easily find the items you want

At the top of the page you will find easy navigation tools to help you find your dream rugby products from our catalogue as quickly as possible :

• Enter your keyword(s) into the search box and click OK, the search engine will scan our entire catalogue and select items that match your request. Tip : here you can also enter the product reference of the product you are looking for.
• Just scroll down the tabs TEAM, RUGBY CLOTHING, RUGBY EQUIPMENT, BY BRANDS and BY PRODUCT, to easily access in one click the product category, brand or club that you are interested in
• Use the tabs Kids, Women, Sale, Exclusive products and New arrivals, to quickly find desired items from a specific category.

If you found your dream product, clicking on the product details allows you to access more information and zoom in (by moving the cursor over) the product image to see every detail.
If applicable, select the product size and quantity and click on "ADD TO CART".

The following page will display your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, do not hesitate to use the options described above. You can return to your shopping cart at any time by using the small shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

When you have finished shopping, complete your order by going to your shopping cart.

2/ Your order

It is essential you provide the information required at the bottom of your shopping cart page in order to estimate the subtotal and complete your order :

• If you have a discount code, enter your voucher number and press "OK", it will be processed immediately. If the voucher entitles you to a gift, it will be displayed on the page
• To calculate your delivery rate, select your country of destination followed by the delivery options.

Once your order is complete, click on "Proceed to checkout". You will be directed to the payment procedure.

3/ Payment

The payment procedure can be summarised in 5 easy steps :

• Checkout method or Billing Information : "Checkout method" if you are not logged in or haven't created an account yet (follow the instructions to log in or create an account), "Billing Information" if you are already logged in. Under "Billing Information" you will find an address form to be completed. If your delivery address is the same as your billing address, tick "Ship to this address" at the bottom of the box (and therefore skip the next step)
• Shipping Information : enter the address you want your items delivered to
• Shipping Method : select the type of delivery you want to use
• Payment Information : select your payment method. On selecting your preferred payment method, additional information may appear
• Order Review : check the contents of your order, tick "I accept the general terms and conditions of Rugby sHop" and confirm. If in the previous stage you chose to pay by card, you will be redirected towards our secure payment provider PAYBOX. Securely enter your bank details, confirm and you are done !

Your order is now confirmed !
You will receive an order confirmation message confirming your order.

4/ Delivery

Our customer service will keep you updated by email about the progress of your order.
Items ordered before midday on a weekday will be sent by same-day delivery (provided they are in stock) !

Track your order. You will be given a tracking number so you can track your order in real time !
