Track your shipment

You can track your shipment on the chosen shipping company's website.
The addresses of our partner shipping companies are as follows. You will find the name of the shipping company as well as your parcel number in the shipment confirmation e-mail :

• La Poste : track your parcel on www.colissimo.fr
• Chronopost : track your parcel on www.chronopost.fr
• Other shipping companies: on-line tracking is not available yet, contact us for more information.

ATTENTION : Tracking details may not be available for viewing when you receive the shipment confirmation e-mail. If this occurs, please wait for a few hours, whilst the computer system processes your parcel.

Terms of delivery

Items bought on our website can be shipped to mainland France and Corsica, overseas territories (DOM-TOM), the EU and in most parts of the world, whatever their size and quantity. Simply enter your preferred delivery address during the order process.

Rugby sHop guarantees the delivery of your parcel

Rugby sHop ensures the delivery of your order from Monday to Friday, within 24hrs for all items In stock !

For example :

• In stock items ordered in the morning before 12:00 am from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
• In stock items ordered in the afternoon (after 12:00 am) from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day.
• In stock items ordered Friday afternoon (after 12:00 am and at the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Our real time stock management allows us to guarantee these delivery periods.
Your account will only be debited once your order has been shipped. As long as your parcel is in our warehouse, your card will not be debited !

For items labelled "Available from week starting ..." or "On backorder" : at Rugby sHop, when an item is temporarily out of stock, it is labelled "Available from week starting...". This date means that we are expecting a delivery from our supplier within the week referred to, and that we make all possible efforts to meet this deadline.
Our customers will be notified by e-mail of any missed deadlines, which will also be expressly mentioned in the item description.
The label "On backorder", means that delivery is pending.

Of course, as mentioned before, your account will only be debited once your order has been shipped.

To mainland France and Corsica

For shipments to mainland France and Corsica we offer several options :

• Fast Delivery - 48/72hrs (€ 7.50 up to 30kg, heavier parcels on quotation)
  Receive your parcel within 2 to 3 days (delivery period of the shipping company). If your shopping cart is up to 75€ (excluding items on sale or discounts), delivery is free !
• Express Delivery - 24 hrs (€15.00)
  This method allows you to receive your parcel within 24 hrs., including Saturdays. Order In stock items before 12:00 am, from Monday to Friday, to receive your parcel the next day !
• Collection at the Counter (FRANCE - Saint Alban) (FREE)
  So convenient! Come and collect your items directly in store over the counter, only a few hours after your order! This service also allows you to pay directly, at the counter and receive advice from our sales team. For more information, discover our brand Sales space !
